Not quite sure what you mean. Does your SD-card unmouts by itself and erase files?

Turn the phone off, remove and reinsert the SD Card then power it back on.

Do you have a secondary SD card you can try in the phone?

I had the same problem as external SD card unmounted itself right after camera app was started or during the photo shooting.

One month ago the same happened again when I was shooting video and this time the SD card remained unmounted. Removing it physically and putting back gave error message about broken file system in card. I placed the card to computer SD card reader and I didn't get any errors nor had any troubles reading the card. Then copied all pics and videos in card to my computer and formatted the SD card.

Now I use the same 32 GB SD card, but what I've changed is saving pics and videos from camera app to internal flash memory and then manually move the files to the SD card. So far it has worked.
