SD Card Problem !! HELP

LIVE WITH WALKMAN

I just got a Transcend 8 GB class 4 SDHC card.
When i first inserted it on my live with walkman, It mounted smoothely, And i started uploading songs in my card.
When i played the songs, All of them were not playing smoothely, They had this jerks between them.
Also, I took a picture. After some time when i checked in gallery, It was all distorted, It was not clear and had little boxes in it.
When i download a video, it stops at the middle saying that cannot play this track.

Its as if my memory card loses its memory.
It plays a song smoothely.
After an hour or two, when i play the same song, it says that cannot play the track.

Also, I checked this SD card with other other phones and its working perfectly with all of them .

Please help me with this.

I have formatted it dozens of time.
And the same things are hapenning .
At first all the videos and songs that i put in my SD card runs perfectly fine.
After 2 minutes, The video shows that "It cannot be played". And the songs play with jerks in between.

did you reformated your SD card on the phone or a computer?

On a Phone, I can't do that on a computer, Since i dont have a card reader !

I tested with hTc wildfire S and it worked perfectly fine, without any problem .

you should take your phone to a sony repair center
