Can someone help me on this.

I read the user guide. Says power button and volume down key. But doesn't work. Instead I gotta hold the.power button to get the menu out. Then tap screenshot. Is there no.quicker way?

you have to press and hold both keys at the same time

again, it has to be at the same time

As uli said,these are the options.Either from lock menu,or with power button and volume down at the same time.
