I never had a screenlock pin, now my xperia M asks for it! what should I do?

I've seen that before and the issue was mcafee antivirus, you will have to contact them or you have another option which is to reset your phone, everything will be lost.

I will try with mcafee but if it doesn´t work how can I reset my phone?

You have 3 options 

1) use MyXperia 

myxperia.sonymobile.com

or 

2) android manager 

https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager

or 

3) SUS

Update Service (SUS)

I would go for this last option first.
