screen too sensitive

Sometimes when I type I get the wrong letters and struggle to type as it used to.
Also swiping is not accurate now.
Is it a sensitivity problem or alignment? Any fix??

I did, but have removed it in case that was the problem. Still the same without it.

It seems to be much better when in landscape than portrait
