screen rotation not working

Automatic screen rotation is not working in my mobile(auto-rotate screen is enabled) in home screen and application menu, but working in applications like mx video player, opera browser,etc. But when i connect my mobile to pc in usb debugging mode screen rotation is working in home screen also in application menu, but when i disconnect it again comes to portatit mode, pls help how to get landscape mode in home screen and application menu.

My screen rotation in home screen is not working either,but when it was connected to usb it worked.Is it a bug or what?

I hope its Not a bug, It is happening only when USB Connected, May be they enabled this feauture for DOCK Puprpose..

Indeed that will only work when it's connected to either USB charger/pc or HDMI (when it's available)
