screen rotation and wifi problem

Hi,

1-  When i rotate my phone, it takes 1-2 seconds for screen to rotate. Is this correct or is a problem?

     If is problem so haow can i solve it? The os is android 4.

2-  When i am using phone in a wifi area, the wifi icon in the phone screen shows that the wifi connection is not stable, and periodically moves from low to high. Note that the wifi source is near me. Is this a phone problem and minus for Xperia ray and Sony?

1- thanks for reply, but when i compare it with -for example- xperia mini - in mini it rotates forthwith after rotating the phone.

2- no, i mean the wifi icon moves from 1 line to 3 line and back.

    it seems that wifi power is not stable but i know that the area has high power wifi.

1. hmm, 1-2 second is quick enough, try rebooting your phone to free up some ram .

2.) but you still have a stable connection? or does it affect it?

hello sir i have sony xperia ray. when i am writing message and rotates my mobile to enable keyboard to rotate horizontally,it didnot rotate into horizontal position.it still remains in potrait position.how can i make the key board horizontally.please help!!!!!

try settings>display>auto rotate screen

or settings>language/keyboard>international keyboard>portrait keyboard.
