Screen problem

This happens only when i go to web browser/chrome. When i touch and hold the screen with one finger, it zooms rapidly to somewhere :/. Is my screen broken?

Normally,when you tap longer on a link you should get some options and if you tap longer outside any links,nothing should occur.Try settings-apps-all-chrome,force stop and clear data.Try again.
