Screen pressing buttons during call

Hello everyone. Got my Z1 Compact 6 weeks ago and sadly I've been annoyed by numerous things with it. One of them occurs during calls. When talking, the screen doesn't seem to know wether to go black or stay lit. Sometimes it goes black and all of a sudden lits up again, and my cheek touches buttons on the screen which is sometimes sounds really loud for the guy I'm talking to. I started turning off the screen by myself but it still seems to manage to lit up sometimes, OR have buttons being pressed even though dark.

What to do?

Do you have any screen protector or flip case?

Boot the phone in safe mode,see if the same occurs:

Hi,

I have the same problem. While I am in a call, my cheek moves around in the status bar and google now, even though the screen is black. I see the result - for example some weird text typed into google now or the status bar open - whenever I move the phone away from my ear and the screen turns on again.

Android-Version 5.0.2

Build: 14.5.A.0.270

I did all diagnostic tests without any error.
