Screen not closing while receiving the calls.

My mobile screen not closing, while receiving the calls. Could you help me to solve this issue?

i guess that u have a problem with proximity sensor so try this  just type *#*#7378423#*#*  then choose "service test" and scroll down and choose "proximity switch" and put your finger on proximity sensor u should see "ON" and hearing a sound  if not try to do software repair  if the soft repair not helping its hardware issue so u should go to sony service center
