Screen locks

My Z1 C suddely locks screen. There is no reaction at all except from the on/off-button can turn screen on/off. It is not possible to turn of the mobile. This has happend tvice after downloading the latest software upgrade. After using the small red "off-button" and restart it works fine again. It seems as this thing happends after trying to recieve a call. Anyone with simmilar problem? Suggestions?
