Screen Lock Password

I inserted the smilies as my screen lock password and even confirmed it.

Now when my screen is lock, i can't insert these two smileys as when i select them, they don't appear in the password box.

Please help.

Try and insert the code wrong for 5 times,reset the code after that with your google account(do this only if you have internet on).

The only way to fix this issue is to perform a system repair however to do so will perform a factory rest meaning any apps and files will be removed/deleted

No google account has been set up on this mobile.

I tried to do a hard reset by pressing the power+volume down or up button, but the phone boots normally and ask me for password again.

If my usb debugger mode is not enable, is it possible to flash the mobile?

Just download sony update service,repair.
