Album keeps refreshing when viewing pictures and also when i want to take pictures

for some time now, anytime i view pictures in my album, the album keeps refreshing.

the same thing happens when i am in the process of taking a picture.

any help on that???

Try settings-apps-all-album,clear data and force stop.Restart the phone.
