Hi,

The option to select none as screen lock will not be available if you have created another user account or guest account in your phone. To get the option back, you need to remove the 2:nd user account and/or guest account.

To delete a regular user account from your device

  1. Make sure you are logged in as the owner.
  2. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
  3. Find and tap Settings > Users.
  4. Tap the settings icon beside the name of the user that you want to delete, then tap Remove user > Delete

To clear the guest session data

  1. Make sure you are logged in to the guest account.
  2. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
  3. Find and tap Settings > Users.
  4. Find and tap Remove guest.
  5. Tap Remove.

Hi,

Thanks for your prompt reply,

1. Dont have any other users

2. Done that

Result, still no option to select none as screen lock.

Anything else that might affect it?

Btw this options is not greyed out, or disable by admin. This option is not even showing on the phone.

@K1d_A What you could try is this: settings - security and look for clear credentials option. Tap it.
