Screen issue

Got a black Z5 Premium. At first it worked fine but about a few week ago i started to experienced major issue. When im typing messeges i havet to click serveral times for some letters to respond or worse it types like four letters at the same time make it impossible to wright. Today it even acted on its own as if i was spamming the screen with out touching it.

Does the phone has a protective case or film or glass? 

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the touchscreen.

No it dont. And ive tryed the test the touchscreen and once there it works fine and its not all the time it acts funny only when it gets hot mostly or when i play and type of game on it. When i lock screen and unlock it its fine agin for a few secound to a few min then its back

Are you using the defailt keyboard or swype? I have the same problem occasionally with swype...even on the older z3 i had that problem..it's the software...

Dont know what keyboard im using. Guess its The normal one.

Safe mode is that when i holding down the volume button and the start button at the same time?
