Screen is too sensitive

Having problem with the whole screen..even if i didnt touch the back or the home buttoms it functions just as long as i touch the screen along those functions.now im using the glove mode but it works perfectly fine but i dont want to use it all the time plss help thank..

I got this. About 2 months and half
and about 3 days ago this thing hadvstarted
