screen going blinking and blank during charging

I pluged in the charger for few minutes all of a sudden I saw my display lighting up and again going blank ,
It was not a notification and it happend few times , then after few times i tried to turn my fone on but display was staying blank , but luckily i received a call and it was working fine again ,
i want to know whether this is some kind of a software issue or hardware problem

Its a software related issue.This is the same issue as the "Power Button doesn't bring up the display instead just giving up a black screen".And for your case it might be blinking because the phone might not receive the current properly(try charging it with USB on the PC).

211 is the version

But it is working fine right now

Oh,thanks.Yep,you should not update your phone now because it might cause some other issue.Just wait for the 4.3 update coming this mid december.
