Screen flickering 4.3

Flashed Generic AU .266 C5303 to my UK unbranded C5303 and my screen/backlight is flickering like a pulse. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Recently upgraded from 4.1.2 to 4.3 and noticed a bug - the screen starts to twitch when it is presented something gray (picture, shutter, volume slider, etc.). Very noticeable at maximum brightness (disable automatic brightness adjustment does not work). Did a master reset - but also to no avail.
Tried to flash a different region - the same problem.
Flashed 4.1.2 - all okay.

Our development have investigated this but are unable to find or replicate this problem. There have been no changes made in the software regarding backlight in the update from 4.1 to 4.3 so this is very strange.

Try making a repair of the phones software using PC Companion or Update Service if you haven't done that. If that doesn't help, please contact a service location so we can investigate it further.

Repair doesnt change anything.

Reverted to 4.1.2 problem solved.

I advise anyone experiencing these issues to do the same.

1. Did everything I could. Used to restore PC Companion, as well as a Master Reset - the problem remained. Updated through the Update Service and through FlashTool - but the problem with flickering remained.

Sews on firmware 4.1.2 - everything works perfectly.

Most likely this is a problem in the kernel. Besides, it is not an isolated case or a large batch of defective products?

2.Include Sony service center number = lose 1 month. Besides, I can anticipate the answer - "we did not find anything, contact the company where you bought a smartphone. Or will insist on replacing the screen at my expense."

THIS IS KERNEL PROBLEM.. and dont ever say people again try repair etc... i have unlocked bootloader and flickering appears even in cwm recovery (if u know what i mean.. before even sony logo appear)... with 4.1.2 kernel there is no flickering nowhere... so its something with kernel.... its a problem with minilag every 1 sec (not only backlight flickering) but many will not notice that.. but i am and it drives me mad.. im not noob on android and technology.. i had many xperias and im 100% sure its something with the kernel.. IF I HAVE 4.1.2 VERSION IT WORKS PERFECT... BUT IF I FLASH ONLY A 4.3 KERNEL FLICKERING APPEAR IN CWM EVEN WITHOUT A ROM (ALL WIPED). plz answear.. AND ANSWEAR LIKE A PRO FOR ONE TIME..

Tried following.
1ST DAY i bought my phone i was just update to 4.3 version and noticed the flickering...
then i used sus factory reseted and repaired...
then i factory reseted my phone again from phone menu..
then i flashed stock 4.1.2 with flashtool and reupdated with companion
then i flashed stock 4.1.2 with flashtool and reupdated with SUS
then i forced to unlock bootloader and root and try custom kernels and roms
NOTHING WORKS
4.1.2 is perfect... but i wait every day for the bugfixing update and i hope sony will fix it (else i will be the biggest sony hater)

btw how can this be hardware issue when 4.1.2 works perfect and run all games smooth? not even a spike with 4.1.2..

Well, I am back on 4.1.2 and I am happy. Over 400mb of free ram all the time, no flickering. Waiting for Kitkatz, 4.3 is no good for phones with less thany 2Gig of RAM anyway.
