Screen Does Random Things While I'm On The Phone!!

Does anyone have these problems when your on the phone you can't lock it so it does loads of things in the background? And when you press the on/off button it ends the call!

Is there anything partially blocking the proximity sensor?

No nothing is blocking anything, all I wanna do is lock screen when on the phone instead of running apps while I have my phone to my ear.. It sends messages on Facebook goes on Google and uses my internet

check your proximity sensor works properly seems your cheek is activating this apps
