SCREEN CRACKED BY ITSELF

My screen has cracked by itself. It was in my front pocket and my jeans were loose. It was rather hot, so I don't know if it was the heat or pressure or whatever. There is no sign of abuse or damage on the point where the crack started. My screen is unresponsive. Sony online support were absolutely rubbish. They basically told me that I would probably have to pay for a new screen that I did not break. I was very suprised when I found it especially because Sony boasts Dragon Trail glass, shatter and scratch resistance. Very angry at Sony also because this being my first Sony product I have ever bought!!

What do I do??!

Have you actually read what i've written in the original post?? Once again what you posted was irrelevant as the crack was caused by the owner's 2 yr old sitting on the phone. That's not the reason why my phone has cracked. So please make sure you've read everthing properly, thanks.

Sir it doesnt matter how your screen cracked the point is your screen has cracked and you have to replace it i posted that thread because there is a link in there to purchase a new screen
