My wife has had her Z3 for 2 weeks, a few nights ago noticed a crack along the back of the phone with no apparant reason for such damage. Sony customer support do the usual automated response and as such she claimed on her O2 insurance and will be £60 out of pocket for the excess.
The amount of chatter on various forums etc leads me to believe there is a design or manufacturing issue and Sony do not seem to care.
MY z3 screen is broken after 5-6 monthts.
it just dropped from my bed and cracked the digitizer
WHAT SHOULD I DO
Some days ago my z3 screen broken and it already have tempered glass but due to pressure in my jeans the phone glass breaked and tempered glass didnt.
AND NOW WHEN I GO TO SONY CENTRE THE EXCUSES THAT ITS A USER FAULT AND THEY ASK 50% TO REPLACE I NEED HELP.
