Safe Mode Problem

Hello

2 days ago i dropped my Sony Xperia Z2 in water and the  phone is still  working but it's keep staying in safe mode, I turned off the phone and then i turned on but it's still in safe mode.I want to say that only  google apps are not working. How can i solve this problem without reset the phone?
