RNDIS driver for Windows XP SP3

When I connect Xperia M Dual with USB and try to use USB tethering, Windows XP SP3 can't find RNDIS drivers and I can't use USB tethering.

How to solve this?

download it frm Google this happened with me when I had karbonn titanium s1
then I searched on Google for rndis driver there r too many drivers I downloaded some and one of them worked for me
