Ringtones

My z3 won't let me change my ringtone it's stuck on unknown, I originally had the ringtone I wanted for a year the phone automatically switched it the other day, now it's stuck on unknown I can choose any song I want an it will say Ringtone changed but it doesn't change it! HELP

Go to settings - apps - all, tap on the 3 dots and reset app preferences. Check again.
