Ive got this phone, and i updated everything, but when i change the ringtone, it shows the ringtone has changed, but when i get a call it rings witha deafult ringtone, and going to apps and reseting preferences didn't work for me
By the way, the song is on my Sd card if it means anything

move the song to the internal storage and check again
also does your phone has a taskiller or clean sweaper or cache cleaning app?
