Retrieve data from phone internal memory

Hi ,

Please help me in recovering my data from phone internal memory

My Xperia ST 23 i 's touch stopped working ,at the service center they tried replacing the touch but still it doenot work 

Unfortunately i hadnot transferred my data from my internal memory to SD card which now i regret

Is there a way i retrieve those data when touch is not working ?

Unfortunately I don't think you will be able to backup this information if the touch screen isn't working.

I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

I gave my sony to a mobile shop who supposedly gave it to sony service center 

But after 2 weeks of trials ,he gave my mobile back completely dead 

Its not even powering on

Sorry, if you phone can't work, it is hard to recover data from internal memory.
