restricted access changed message.

Hi,
I keep getting a message "restricted access changed.Emergency services blocked" every 15 min.Unable to connect to the mobile network till I click on the message.why is this happening? I never had this problem in my earlier phone.please help.

This sounds like an issue possibly with your SIM card, Is it new and a correctly manufacturer sized card or have you cut one down to size

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

This message comes from the network carrier, this is advising you that you are outside the scope of network range for emergency calls.

This will either SIM card related as stated above or you are simply outside of a specific region for the function. Definitely try a replacement SIM and contact the network carrier.

The SIM card was cut to size by the network carrier's local office as micro SIM is not available.
