My Z1 is restarting itself , after making phone calls, or after use.Firmware 534.

I'm having the exact same issues, i've tried factory reset and reinstalling the 534 firmware.

thought it was an app so didn't install any apps and it will still reboot randomly

Yup still happens with the sim card removed. I'll be exchanging for a new one tomorrow and see what happens

it mostly happens when installing ANY app and even when idle

happened to me for the 4th time!! usually happens when i missed someones call!! I seem to be using the hard reset buttong very OFTEN!! seriously SONY whats happening to the Z1??? now it makes me think twice about getting the PS4...

All users who are facing this problem... i have solved it.. the prob is with android 4.0+ onwards... do not pop in mem cards from other fone directly... back up your mem cards and then format via pc... pop it back in fone and let it create folders on its own.. the copy back your data be careful when u backup and restore android folder... if you have games ther are in android/obb folder.... this will sort out all restart problems...
