My Xperia z2 phone is acting up lately, it restart on it's own when I recieve a phone call or make a phone call, plus sometimes I have to restart the phone to get my Internet connection back? any solutions to my problem knowing that it started to act up after it fell down a couple of days ago, just to let you know it fell several times in the past but this is a first to do such a reaction

During this situation when I recieve a phone call, the phone freezes then restarts, also the battery is draining unlikely to previous versions of Android, I use several apps at the same time and doesn't drain as much as now for example it was 100% 5 am now it's 7:55 am and I have 66% battery 😕

You could try the basic, which is repair the phone with PCC but since you have dropped the phone repeatedly it could be a hardware issue.

I made a hardware check on phone functions it functions normally, there is one thing also I needed to ask about, since I got this phone it heats up while charging or multitasking apps, is this a common thing on the z2

The phone will heat up the more you use it, that's normal. 

Is the SIM card a Nano SIM card or did you trimmed cut a regular SIM card?

Z2 take micro sim card and it is not trimmed, I got it to fit in the sim card slot

Could you get a brand new SIM card and report back?

I just did that not so long ago, and was working perfectly, now I don't know if it is the network or what bec I had the Internet connection issue b4
