Kindly instruct me to make a hard reset for my experia Z1 for being phone lock after changing a sim asking a password for AVG Antivirus the Antitheft was activate after I change the my sim now it's asking a password I already inquire in AVG and it says. A two way of unlocking 1st is connect in the net but I can't connect. Because I can't access my phone from being lock second is to contact in sony for a hard reset please help me thanks
