Repeted Defect with Sony Xperia Phone

Hi 

I bought Sony Xperia on 3rd of Aug-13, since then there is a defect in the phone as it's battery gets drain out and phone gets switched off immediately once it reaches 60% battery utilization.

I have gone to service centers three times so far stating the same defect to them, and every time they only change my phone's battery. Latest, I submitted my phone on 26th May-14 to **bleep**ij Telecom, Gurgaon, India.

Now, again I am facing the same problem, don't understand why you guys are performing R&D on my phone?

Can I expect a quick fix of the defect? My phone's IMEI No is - 

Looking forward for sensible resolution of the defect. thanks
