remove software update

On Saturday I installed a software update onto my experia sp and now I am having all sorts of problems with my phone. Does anyone know I uninstal this pls

You should first try a software repair:

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

If you downgrade,you might have problems with validating warranty afterwards.

before that try reset to factory

Is that the same as the hard reset on the phone as it doesn't work x

SUS will do a hard reset and a software reinstall.
