Remote Play (PS3)

Hi I recently purchased the Xperia Z1 and I was surprised to find that remote play is not a factory feature of this phone ?

I would really like to connect to my PS3 and view PlayTV on my device. Is this likely to never appear onthe Xperia Z1 now PS4 is almost out ?

Yeah was not intending on getting a PS4 straight away ... I think the PS4 will connect to many different devices.

Remote play has been around a long time, i used to use it on my old Playstion portable and watch tv  ... The xperia Play and viao's support the function, but the new tablets and phones don't .... its drifted into non existance ...

The Vita has it ...hmmm ...
