Refund OR Replase with other model Request

Dear Sir,

I have purchased, Sony Xperia Z Ultra phone (IEMI: ***************), before two months.

Its a faulty phone, So I would like to request you to please return this phone and give me refund OR give me T Series model. I dont want to use this model more.

Reasons:

1. I sent this phone at service center 3 times in 2 months, But Phone is still not working fine.

2. I have lot of customer list, who used this phone and suffering from bundle of problems.

I dont know why you are saling faulty phone in indian market.

Please make my phone solution ASAP.
