Hi SONY Support Team,
I just received my handset from sony support center after being serviced (serviced cause it was dead) and it's performance has reduced significantly.
I am facing various problems while operating it(slow performance, hangs out, deelay in opening apps). Also, the battery life has reduced too, it gets discharged in less time.
It was not at all expected by me that after getting my device repaired, I will have such bad experience.
Please some one contact me and let me know how to proceed.
Support center team says they have replcaed the mother board itself and I have a new IMEI number now and camera lens too, not sure of battery. But what I have is highly reduced performance.
A quick help is appreciated.

Did they give you a replacement unit or a refurbished one or replaced the motherboard of your phone? Can you post your service invoice?

I think it is refurbished one but they say they replaced the mother board of the phone. I have mentioned service invoice in other message.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
I'm sorry to hear about this. In this particular case there are two options, the first being to try a software repair on the device as there may have been an issue when the firmware was reloaded by the repair agent or you would need to contact your local Xperia Care care regarding this as it is a service/warranty issue.
