Was there any reason as to why you wished to access such a mode on the device, are you simply trying to reload the handsets software?

Sometimes my phone restarts or some apps stops!

When the phone was new all was fine!

That could be related to a bad SIM card or SD card, this can also be related to third party apps. You could try removing the SIM and SD card and trying the handset for a period of time to see if the issue continues.

You can also follow the instructions supplied above by Uliwooly, reloading the software in most cases would resolve such an issue.

Yes....i have cut my sim card by myself!

This should be the Problem!

My micro SD is a Sandisk 64gb and i dont think that this make Problems....

This may be the issue then, when you cut a SIM card there is a chance the result will not be positive. I suggest that you get a new SIM card to resolve this issue.
