its been over a month since the last time i check for the update and roughly 4 months(maybe more) since the updates starts rolling out..still nothing on this site(SI no.) or sus or pcc for my xperia neo..i DO understand updates takes a lot of time and you can't provide specific dates or whatever you call them..but why isn't there any sony representative or spokesperson come out and give any explanation about this delays?and why is it that some of the moderator and support team leaving certain post unanswered and sometimes giving that "who-cares?" kind of answer?usually i'm impressed with sony(ericsson) but i'm not sure anymore..more and more of my friends switch their xperia for other phone from other manufacturer and asking me to do the same..i love my xperia neo but i'm not sure keeping it worth the wait for the update..the only reason i'm still using this phone is the awesome camera..

Unfortunately I have no information about when specific devices will be receiving their ICS update. Which I believe you have seen me post before.

well, thank you for the reply..i didn't ask for any dates or whatever regarding the updates..i'm not even going to wait for the updates anymore..i've had enough waiting..my questions from my post is why isn't there any sony representative or spokesperson come out and give any explanation about this delays?
since you work closely with people from sony then i'm sure you can answer my questions..thanks !
