Real Racing 3 problem.

Hi everyone...

So i recently downloaded Real racing 3 on my Xperia L & it worked flawlessly..
However, today when i installed the newly released 15.3.A.1.14 update ( for xperia L through SUS), i have a problem.

what i did : 
1. I took a full backup of phone before updating.
2. Updated the phone to new software.
3. Factory reset the phone.
4. Restored the backup.( it was successfull)
5. started Real racing 3. After the EA logo screen, it asks me to download 1029 mb additional data for game. I've already downloaded the game data few days back & it used to work perfectly fine earlier. I even checked the sd card for the game folder & it was also present. ( sdcard/android/data/com.ea.games.r3_na )..when i checked the app details in settings, it seems it is not detecting the files. ( pls check screenshot attachment).

I don't understand whats happening here. Please help me.  I really can't download the whole game again. 😕

Phone status : Not rooted.

You should have let the download start and stop it,just let it create the folder it needs.After that,you move your backup(old folder with settings) over.

so what should i do now ???

should i do like this ???: 

1. Move the real racing 3 data folder from sd card to my PC.

2. Start the download & let it continue for a bit..( lets say, for about 40-50 mb..this should be sufficient for it to create the folder & download some content. )

3. Replace the content of the folder by copying the files from my PC.

4. Move the folder to sd card using Move to internal storage option in settings.

Yes,that is exactly what I meant.It does not need to download 40mb,less is still ok.But cannot you move directly from PC to your sd card the old files?

Hi,
I know how you feel bad because you invest lot of time to play the game. However if you update your phone android 4.4 or

any update and you see the download problem. just solve it this way what I did.

Go to your settings > Security > Uncheck verify application
uncheck allow download application from unknown source

Then try again it will work. Due to google bad security system when we update our phone its automatically mark as security

settings. in this case ea games never download that games data. hope its work for everyone.
