randomly taps on screen

Dear all,

Does anyone in this forum experienced problem "randomly taps on screen"?

Also, I can't touch in some area on my screen (please take look on screenshot below):

What I tried:

- factory reset (has no luck)

- shutdown phone for 2 - 3 hours, then turn it on (no luck)

If anyone has an idea for this issue, please advice me for to solve this problem.

Try to update firmware to last version available (if not already done)

Remove static electricity

- Remove battery

- keep pressed power button for 1/2 minutes

- replug battery and power on your phone

Do you have same issue when power supply is plugged and phone is on charge?

If yes this is a hardware issue. Probably touchscreen is faulty

Take your phone to nearest sony service center
