ram problem and freeze

i have:

xperia s

ics

it constantly runs over 80 %of ram.( i know android manage the ram by closing app when i start other)

     BUT it freezing a lot too.

ANY SUGGESTION??????????/

i suggest that you do a software repair then do a factory reset and don't use unneseccery apps like (battery saver , ram , cpu , weather , facebook...etc) because it willl remail running in the background and uses a lot of ram , disable unused apps that are already instaled like (liveware , ant radio service , google+ , picasa extention..etc) i did the same and i have 280 MB of free ram
