radio apps

Does anyone know any good radio apps?? i want to listen to kerrang radio, radio 2, police scanners etc. I've tried wunderradio, tunein pro they keep cutting off or buffering after bout 10 mins its driving me crazy! my handset is the xperia z btw

Are you sure it isn't a network problem? Tunein is fine for me. 'radioplayer' is another that I use, very good app.

It seems to be if I'm listening to any radio app and I press the standby button and the radio carries on playing for bout 10-20 mins then either cuts off or buffers

they are now sending me out a new phone tomorrow as apparently my phone is faulty

This is caused by the stamina mode. When having stamina mode active the phone will cut all data (if you haven't added the radio app as an exception) after 10-20 mins. So just add the radio as an exception and it will work just fine, no need to replace the phone.

Ok thank you, also it happens when I listen to radio through my Bluetooth speakers, will that be fixed with a new phone or is that a seperate issue?

It really sounds like the stamina mode is somehow acting up (turned on even when you turn it off) so I'd say it should be solved in the new phone. I guess you've tried repairing the software?
