"i'm sorry unknown error program will exit" ?

So..today I've updated my Xperia SP... android version 4.3 build number 12.1.A.0.266..

After update, this smartphone of mine keep appearing this notification, "I'm sorry. Unknown error program, will exit." Like it can never stop appearing. I've already exited any apps I was using.

THIS IS SO ANNOYING. What is this? Can anybody help me?

I've uninstalled this app, Mobile Care...

and apparently the notifications do not appear anymore...I hope this is the reason.

Really annoying that message..
