Android 4.3 native mail client serious issue

Hi. Just found an issue in mail client in new android version. It doesnt show an e-mail body. You can see Just addresses, and a subject, a message body is blank.
BTW, how can i takę a screenshot?

To take a screenshot,power button+vol down at the same time.

You can look at that. There's header originator, from, to, time, a subject on a blue background, and nothing under it. It's a text body (Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8), no html, or something like that. So it should be visible...

Could onyone help?

You could try to clear data for your email app in settings-apps-all and add your account again.

Alexdon, do they have any time limit for the answer? I tried to contact xperia care in November, and have no answer till now...

Btw, same problem with z1, but sp is just an other phone...
Did it, sent another mail yesterday and waiting for response...
