Question press screen z3 compact

Hi there, I have the z3 compact. when I grabbed the phone to disconnect the usb cable. It appeared a little splash pixel below my finger on the screen. It will damage??. apparently it's all ok!!

No damage hopefully, all LCD screens will show some distortion on mild pressing, which is immediately reversible when you remove the pressure.
