Well, I'm going to subscribe to the 'Webs Bolt-On' which gives me 200MB of free 'unlimited' web browsing each month, for £7.50 per month.
When I have this Bolt-On active, will I be able to use all stuff internet related on my phone, such as YouTube, Web-browsing, Facebook, Twitter and applications that require an internet connection including the Android Market without been connected to a router or internet source?
This seems to be an 02 thing, so might be better addressed to them. But, from a quick read it would seem to enable you to use the internet for anything you like (as long as it's legal, I assume;) ) up to the limit. Not sure why it's called unlimited if it is limited to 200mb, but that's definitely one to ask 02...!
On O2 it is usably £5 for a bolt on. And if you have a limited bundle, you can use wi-fi free and for unlimited usage.
