QHSUSB_DLOAD Dead phone.

Hi, my phone went flat 2 days ago and wont restart.

When i connect to my pc i get a message wanting to download QHSUSB_DLOAD

I have tried using PCC to restore the phone software but no joy.

Can anyone help?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

First of all I would suggest that yoy try to charge your phone for several hours. Then remove the battery for a while, put it back in and then try to repair the phone software using PC Companion: 

PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > click on the blue highlight (Repair my phne/tablet). Do this without the phone connected. Follow the instructions on screen to perform the repair.

i have the same issue here with my xperia arc, all of a suddenly it went off itself, i have done everything to revive it to no available, my pc recognize it as Zeus Flash Device, but Flash tool doesn't recognize it, please help us

Well, after a couple of weeks lying around I plugged into the charger and the phone started.

only downside is the reset that almost worked has blanked all data.

But hey my phone works...
