Problems with xperia j

Good evening.

I buy xperia j few months ago and it was ok, but now I got some problems:

1. phone start freezing and switching off with out any seen reason, I have tried to clear memory, but it not helping.

2. few times after one of that switching offs gone all my contacts from phone memory

3. few times gone all photos and pictures

4. sometimes apps just getting frozen and I need turn off phone to get it work normally

5. sometimes screen not reacting to touching, I can't answer call or drop down calls

6. 99.99% apps inposible move to SD card or even to internal memory. app2sd programs not helps at all

    that point to split that memory in to two parts like phone and internal?? it stupid, unuseful and makes smartphone to less smart

7. system not allow me to delete sony apps that was in phone when i get it, memory to much limited, splited for nothing, and I can't use my 32 gb sd card to extend memory, because phone allwos move to sd only pictures, books or music, even for music you need special player. i can't delete even google books, that so important in google books or facebook for android system??? it will kill os?

I alredy got lates softvare.

restarting not helps, taking out bater also and sometimes it make my pic and contact disapering from phone....

I dont have any big apps in phone,  even antivirus, so I dont think that any apps can make all this bad this...

Any soliutions? if possible with out braking guaranty

sorry but i bought my phone a few months ago too but it is perfect it must be your misuse
