Problems with Viber

Hi everybody.

The problem is that other people can not always  call me per Viber when my phone is in sleeping mode (sometimes can). After that a message about missed calls appears. I tried to switch off stamina mode, chosen different firmware, including .757 (now I'm on .114, Android 4.3), firstly it works properly, then - random (it oftener doesn't work). Help me, please.

Try settings-apps-all-viber,clear data and restart.

this problem is from viber not phone or SW

it may show up during bad network condition or viber setting it self or another app pervent viber to wake the phone up
