Hi, I'm using the AIMP music player. After the one of the latest Sony updates, player started to stumble repeatedly, whatever is playing. According to AIMP player's developer, the problem exists only on Sony Z1 Compact and they are unable to fix it, saying that it should be Sony to find the solution. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Looks like I have missed several replies, sorry for that. So the status is that from Sony support I've got an answer that they are not going to try to find the reason of the issue and adviced me to contact the developer of AIMP. AIMP in turn reacted not very entusiastically as well. I think that such issues should be solved altogether between 3rd party software developer and sony in order to find the root cause, but seems none of them are interested
So, I did another reserch in google play market, tried tons of forlder players and almost all of them have some sort of sorting issue or displaying russian symbols issue. However, I found out that Player Pro which has had similar issues previously, nowdays is close to be perfect, so I switched to it and stopped fighting

Glad to hear that you got a working player, but keep in contact with AIMP, this has to be addressed on their end.
Yes, I posted on their support forum similar conclusion and now it is up to them to push it forward or not.
