Have you formatted your card already? - If you have take it out and connect it to a Pc and download, Install and run a program like Recuva for example and scan your card which possibly will recover file etc from it-

If you haven't formatted your card then remove and connect it to a Pc - If your Pc asks you to format then do not, Maker a note of the drive letter assigned to it,

then open a command prompt normally Search or run and type cmd

Once open you will have a black box type in the box the drive letter followed by chkdsk /f so for example your card has been given a letter of H so you would type H chkdsk /f then hit enter and hopefully this will correct any corruption on your card making it once again accessible

Remove the SD card from the phone and connect it to a Pc using a card reader then follow my above post

[the PC just show the SD card, no the internal memory, before of this problem he showed me both.]

You need to change your USB settings on the phone to MTP (not MSC).

Settings - Xperia - USB Connectivity - Connectivity Mode

Then, PC Companion will be able to show both.
